Since 1979

Crossroad Services has worked as an independent merchandiser, providing services to discerning retailers throughout the United States.

Because of our vast experience, we were selected to pilot Home Depot’s in-store service program for all 486 western region stores, providing over 60,000 services hours every month.

Since then we have maintained the very best team in key geographic locations across the West; Washington, Oregon, California, and Arizona. Our industry seasoned and regionally located staff members maintain strong partnerships with store management which ensures efficient execution.

We have the ability to quickly to identify issues and offer comprehensive solutions that often occur at the beginning of a reset. This ensures projects stay on schedule and are completed on time, with little or no disruption to the store.

 

Follow-Up

Smooth transition at store level before, during, and after a resets occur. CSI teams have the ability to complete all work needed to prepare stores for any upcoming resets (surveys, buybacks, etc.), and ensure any lingering issues, outside of the reset team’s control, are addressed post-reset through follow up service starting the morning after any reset.

 

Knowledge

Our full-time employees are knowledgeable, well-trained and will act as your project management resource. Each rep has the ability to intelligently discuss products with customers and offer additional training to employees by category when needed.
